GLOBE COP Course

This course supports participants in the preparation, organization, and facilitation of Design Challenge events within the GLOBE Space / GlobeCoP ecosystem, fostering collaboration, creativity, and solution-oriented thinking for real-world challenges.

Course Description

The GLOBE Space – Design Challenge Preparation Course is a practical, community-driven learning environment designed to help students, educators, and professionals plan, design, and implement Design Challenge events aligned with sustainability, digital transformation, and STEAMSS principles.

Through structured learning materials, collaborative activities, and shared resources, participants will gain the knowledge and tools needed to organize impactful Design Challenges—from defining challenge themes and stakeholder roles to managing teams, data, and outcomes. The course is part of the GlobeCoP (Global Community of Practice) initiative and promotes interdisciplinary collaboration and experiential learning.

Course Objectives

By participating in this course, you will:

  • Learn how to define challenges connected to real societal, environmental, and technological needs

  • Prepare event frameworks, including timelines, roles, and deliverables
