Pathway 1: Teachers European Citizenship & Working Across Borders

This pathway empowers teachers and trainers to instill a sense of European identity and prepare students for cross-border opportunities. It includes three modules:

  • Awareness of European Citizenship as a Learning Objective. Learn to inspire European identity through curriculum integration, language learning, and collaborative projects.
  • European VET & HVET Systems and EU Programs and Tools. Gain insights into EU policies, programs like Erasmus+, and quality frameworks to enhance educational practices.
  • Preparing Students to Work Abroad. Equip students with cultural awareness, language skills, and knowledge of legal requirements for international mobility.

Pathway 2: Students Awareness of Intercultural Diversity

This pathway helps teachers and trainers foster cultural inclusivity and communication competences in their students. It consists of two modules:

  • Intercultural Competence. Develop cultural awareness, inclusivity, and reflexivity to create empathetic learning environments.
  • Intercultural Communication. Master frameworks and techniques for effective cross-cultural communication through practical role plays and case studies.

Comprising two modules, this course offers insights into European Citizenship and familiarizes you with the European VET, HVET systems, and EU programs and tools. Whether you choose to explore one module or engage with the entire learning path, this course is structured to provide a robust foundation for navigating and teaching in a multicultural setting.
